LB is locking up when I go to tools>manage>platforms

Don't know when this first started happening all I know now is that it just freezes and doesn't come back and i have to kill LB from the task manager. Attached is log file and a video of what I'm doing. Got any idea what is occurring?

My VPN is the culprit here. 

LB really doesn't like it when network share are unavailable...
