Help with PS3 Controller Support

Hello. I'm not sure if this is can be done, but I'm hoping it can. Right now (like most of you), I am using LaunchBox as a front end to open my emulators. I love its uniformity and ease of use. My family also loves it because they are even less technically savvy than I am. All of my emulators use generic PC/Xbox controllers, except my PS3 emulator which uses my official Sony DS3 controllers. I accomplish this by using dshidmini and adjusting the settings to "SXS". I can also switch to Xinput to use my PS3 controllers on all of the other emulators. This works, but is rather clunky. I wanted to know if there was a way to get LaunchBox to open dshidmini and adjust the controller settings to the appropriate mode (SXS or Xinput) before it opens the emulator. This way, I could just use my PS3 controllers for all of the emulators and not have to switch the settings out manually every time. It really isn't that big of a deal for me, but this extra step seems to keep my family from fully enjoying the experience when I am away. My thanks to all for reading and assisting if it possible.
