launchbox wont let me import my steam games

I tried to connect my steam account with launchbox at first everything was fine until I got to the last step and it tells me that my profile is not public and that's why it won't let me import the games.I have checked several times and my profile is all in public so I don't know what to do to make it work hopefully someone can help me
