How do you access retroarch?

I’m use to messing with the settings and changing what keys on controller pull up the menu and save states. Right now it’s set so that b on Xbox controller exits the game with 2 presses which is problematic. Is there a way to access retroarch in lb?

If you mean to start Retro Arch standalone without a game loaded, then just right click any game that has Retro arch as the default emulator, right click and click Launch Retro arch.
