Does Anybody know how to get rid of the "Welcome" Loading screen in Windows 11/10?

I saw ETA Prime's video and when he used Big Box as a shell, it just loaded directly into BigBox without ever showing the "Welcome" with the dots spinning in a circle. Is there a way to get rid of that screen and just use the prior screen to finish loading the shell? I've tried everything, including using WinAero. Nothing works. Any help is appreciated! I basically want to minimize the presence of Windows as much as possible!
