I saw ETA Prime's video and when he used Big Box as a shell, it just loaded directly into BigBox without ever showing the "Welcome" with the dots spinning in a circle. Is there a way to get rid of that screen and just use the prior screen to finish loading the shell? I've tried everything, including using WinAero. Nothing works. Any help is appreciated! I basically want to minimize the presence of Windows as much as possible!

thanks! That totally worked! I decided to delete everything in the presets folder, and the root ini folder (including mame.ini and ui.ini) and opened up mameui64.exe set my "effect". Exit, then copied both ui.ini and mame.ini to the root "mameui64" folder (along side mameui.ini), and now bigbox works! now I gotta figure out some of the other stuff..... hmm....

Is it possible to get mameui64.exe to run on launchbox with the proper effect (i.e. scanlines) that I've configured in mameui64.exe? It removes my scanlines everytime I run it, but when I run it within mame, it works just fine. I'm guessing it must be some kind of command line thing then?

When I load bigbox without the video, it starts up immediately. With the video it gives an extra buffer for some reason...

My launch video is like 3 seconds, but it stalls for like 30 seconds.

So I just signed up for a premo account because I just finished piecing together my cab, and Big Box is the direction I want to take the system towards! Anyways, my question is this: Where do I change the start up delay for my custom video? All the videos online point to the "general" area, but it's no longer there... I've tried searching on the forums, but I can't find it... I don't have right combination of wording I suppose...
