KP MORRIS Posted August 14, 2023 Share Posted August 14, 2023 (edited) I have been using Launchbox for years & the screenshots (gameplay, title etc) have always displayed OK. I recently upgraded to BigBOX to eventually play the games on a TV. - With all the Themes I've tried (including the default), screenshots do not display below the box art. - They only appear for a second while spinning & then disappear. - This occurs for all games & all consoles. - I do not have any videos installed for any of the games. - It happens the same on both my Windows PC, and two Windows 11 PCs HELP!! veaigo Posted March 19 Share Posted March 19 I know this is a bit late for this post but I could not find a post anywhere that showed a resolution for this. I found a solution that fixed a similar problem for me. Within BigBox options under video, Set playback engine to VLC and Toggle off Use Game Background Videos. I was getting the issue where screenshots in particular wouldn't load within bigbox but worked fine in Launchbox desktop views. This fixed it on two of my machines for me. Hope this helps.
