Flycast 2.1 not recognizing both arcade sticks

I have to be missing super obvious but I am running 2 I/O Ultimate boards (needed 2 boards for all the rgb)...I have the latest release of flycast as well. When a game opens I am able to go in map the controls to joystick 1, but when I select Port B  the same controls are there. How do I get flycast to recognize both the P1 and P2 arcade sticks? Thanks in advance.
