Add a decimal point of granularity to Sort by "Star Rating".

There's a massive difference between a game with a 3.8 rating and a 4.8 rating, but they both sort within the same Star Rating grouping in LaunchBox when you sort by Star Rating.  Instead of rounding to whole star values when grouping games sorted by star rating, instead sort them by a decimal point of granularity.  This would make a huge difference in the usefulness of this sort by category.  Or just don't group them at all and sort purely by the computed Star Rating value (preferably with a minimum number of ratings required from the community - for example for games with at least 5 ratings).
