Big Box not launching (unrelated to 13.9)

Hello LaunchBox community.

 

I'm having trouble with launching big box on my Windows 11 machine. I can launch LaunchBox perfectly fine, and I can also launch big box on an ASUS rog ally just fine as well, but on my desktop PC, I cannot seem to launch big box. I have had this exact same issue/error on an older version, but I was hoping the 13.9 update would've resolved it. I have the Nahimic service disabled and I have put the LaunchBox directory under my exception list on my AV service. I have also tried a clean reinstall of LaunchBox with no luck.

 

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
