dolphin How can I change controller settings at Dolphin while playing?

Hello! I'm going to tell the story to give some context of my problem.

I'm setting my Wii library for using joycons as a replacement to wiimotes. Everything works just fine. The problem is that I was playing Wii Sports, when the game asked me to unplug the nunchuk, the thing is I can't do it. I don't have any settings bar at the game window (left image) so I have to close the game, open Dolphin, change the controller settings, close it and launch the game again. The "solution" is opening Dolphin directly and executing the game from there (that way the settings are avaliable directly. Right image), but that misses the whole point of using LaunchBox to start with. I really don't want to do that many things everytime I want to play. Anybody know someway to do the thing I want to do?
