Community Ratings List

Hello.  Is there a list online anywhere that I can view and sort the community ratings for games?  I have some games in launchbox, but not whole sets.  I would like to see which games are highest rated here without having to download whole sets.  My machine is a laptop with very little hd space, so I cannot fit whole sets.

I created fake roms that could be used for that purpose. You could just import them in launchbox and sort by rating maybe? Here they are
