XBOX 360 Left Analouge Controller Not Recognised

Hi All,

New to Launchbox as am looking for a front end to RetroArch. If someone could guide me through setting up an Xbox 360 controller in LaunchBox for the Left Anaolog stick to be used in place/addition of the D pad buttons it would be much appreciated as while it works for games laucnhed directly from RetroArch its not working (no response, all other buttons work fine) in LaunchBox for either Atari 2600 (Stella) nor C64 (Vice) and I have yet to go any further with other emulators. I am using an Asus Gamepad (TV500BG) hooked up to a Win11 latop which is regonsied and workng, as its its Left analog stick  by RetroArch identifying as an "Controller (Xbox 360 for Windows)" controller. I do see similiar posts ppl having responded with "LauchBox modifies nothing", so am hoping its a simple LaunchBox setting I'm missing.

I have tried the following with no sucess:

  1. Reinstalled Launchbox
  2. Enabled both (separate occasions) "Left Analog" and "Left Analog (Forced)" in both RetroArch and LaunchBox 'Analog to Digital Type' setting when running a game.
  3. Copied the wortking control file from RetroArch to LaunchBox
  4. With game running in LaunchBox have selected F1 (Game Settings) and  tried setting the left anaolg stik controls to up/down/left/right.

Happy to post screenshots of both the 'Controller 1' RetroArch and LaunchBox Control settings if it helps (?).
