Didn't see any bezel overlays for these that I liked so I made my own for the PC releases of Resident Evil 1 HD and Resident Evil 0. They aren't "perfect" but fine for my use. 
Enjoy! I use a stripped out version of "Arcade Cab View" for reshade to display these; makes it pretty simple. Your mileage may vary.
