Retroarch issues

I'm having problems using RetroArch to run FBNeo. The games will not run when I'm in LaunchBox nor BigBox. However, when I go into RetroArch itself, the games launch. I can't figure out why LaunchBox won't run them. I only need it yo run NBAJAM rewind. Since I can't get that game to work in mame.

Manage > Emulators > Retroarch > edit > second category on the left: uncheck extract roms for the FBNeo there

That did not work.

Right klick on the specified plattform on the left side > edit > in the Folder tab double check if your games folder points to the correct position
