Yet another Launchbox and CHD files question

Hey all, noob here.  I've searched through the forums and tried somethings and still haven't gotten things to work.  I'm using .270 full unmerged set and pulled it in through launchbox.  All games run great except any that have CHD files.  I had gone through what one thread suggested and created the mame cfg file and I have my rom path set like this:

roms;C:\Users\Jim\Desktop\Mame Roms;C:\Users\Jim\Desktop\Mame Roms\CHDFiles.

I didn't download the full CHD set only the games I wanted.  I put the CHD files in that CHDFiles folder.  My default command line parameter looks like this:

-artwork_crop -skip_gameinfo -waitvsync -nofilter -keyboardprovider dinput

Is there some other sort of import I need to do in order to get it to use CHD files.  Everytime I go to run in Launchbox it just flashes a black screen and back to menu.  When running in Mame, it states "Required ROM/disk images for the selected system are missing or incorrect.

Any insight you can give would be much appreciated.

The folders containing the chd files have to be in the same folder as the roms in the zip format, so for example:

Roms\MAME\area51.zip

Roms\MAME\area51\area51.chd

I don't remember the exact file name for area51 but that will give you the idea.

CHDs are just a part of the game, you still launch a game with the zip files as non CHD games.
