Atari Jaguar CD - BigPEmu - Games Loading to BigPemu Screen

I have Atari Jaguar working fine with BigPEmu, but when I launch a Jaguar CD game through Launchbox, It loads to the BigPEmu screen, where I can make changes to the emulator.

I have the newest version and have set the bios cd image, but it's still not working. Does anyone know if anything else needs to be changed to make it load the games?

I did just double check and its all working as expected like such.

The other option would be to try to book either via command line or via a shortcut with the with the correct file location and logging added to see if it shows an error

eg mine would be 

C:\Users\User1\LaunchBox\Emulator\BigPEmu\BigPEmu.exe "F:\Users\User1\LaunchBox\Games\Atari Jaguar CD\Blue Lightening.cdi" -localdata -logging

I figured this out. I had the game files in a zip folder. Simply extracting and importing back to Launchbox solved it. I got hung up because most of the other emulators I use can reach inside the zip file to launch the game.
