Launchbox platform icon issue

Hello all, I have a small issue that has never happened before. I just imported a tiger handheld platform and all is good except for the launchbox icon that is to the left of the platform name. I made sure to  place my icon in images, platform icons, platforms folder and named it the same as the platform name, in this case Tiger Handheld. I cannot get the icon to appear I tried to clear the lb cache folder and refresh images but nothing works any ideas? I attached a few pics to give a better idea of what im trying to explain. Thanks

All of the badges, platform icons, platform clear logos outside of media packs are now redundant, you have to add your single png to the folder inside media packs.
