Nintendo DS games not working

When I import any Nintendo DS game, RetroArch it doesn't open. I tried delete RetroArch from Emulators folder and download it cleanly, but everything remains the same.

Do you know why this is happening? Do I need to do something else besides importing the game?

Does nobody really know what's going on?

I've searched everywhere and only found people who can't get the NDS emulator to work in RetroArch, but there's never a solution in the answers.

do you have this configuration in lb retroarch emulator?

and do you have the correct bios file in [drive]:/retroarch/system
