I downloaded the complete set of Atari XL/XE images.  Can these be used in Launchbox, and do I need to seperate each title by Atari 400, Atari 800, etc, or can Launchbox organize them for me so the system wheels match the games.

Launchbox will not organize them for you if u just have a large set of images somewhere for multiple platforms.
You need to put the images for each platform in its necessary own folders.

So for instance you have clear logos for the Atari ST and Atari XEGS

Then you need to put the logos in both separate directories :

[DRIVE]:\Launchbox\Images\Atari ST\Clear Logo

[DRIVE]:\Launchbox\Images\Atari XEGS:\Launchbox\Images\Atari ST\Clear Logo

Thank you.  I was afraid of that.  Might just leave them all combined and use a generic Atari Computer Logo for the System Selection.

How do you mean?
Each platform from Atari (Atari 800, Atari 2600, Atari 5200, atari 7600,...), they all need different emulators/settings to run.
So you must have separate Atari platforms, right?

Or you mean u are going to give each game a generic logo?

Cause BigBox will just show the name of the game if there isn't a logo present.

Or just the systems?
Cause the logo's for the systems are easily found and mapped. That takes just a few minutes. (see attached zip)
