Xbox use analog sticks instead of D-Pad

With Retroarch how do I change from using the D-pad to using the analog sticks?  The Xbox controller is automatically detected.  I've seen post about binding the buttons but I don't see it in Retroarch.  I'm using the the latest version.

Menu Configuration Method:

1. Open RetroArch Menu (usually Select + X or F1 on keyboard)
2. Navigate to Settings → Input → Port 1 Controls
3. Look for Analog to Digital Type and change it to:
   • Left Analog - makes left stick act as D-pad
   • Right Analog - makes right stick act as D-pad
   • None - keeps them separate (default)
