Video playback trouble

Hello all. 

So it appears after the latest ver. 13.23, was

installed,

That a few of my playlist videos work as should in launchbox but do not play in big box. Filename and paths are correct.

I've tried renaming them and reinstalling different videos with the same effect. 

Also now when scrolling through bigbox,

As the game is going from one to the next and loading artwork and videos, my background music is stuttering while images are loading.
