[EmuMovies] Sony PlayStation Video Snaps Updated (1,170 New Videos)

Quite a few updates for the Sony Playstation video snaps collection today.  We have 1,170 new and updated videos, all audited against the latest redump database.  This brings the total number of official video snaps for the Playstation to 2,581.  Captures by @Circo & @drewby, videos are our standard 30seconds of gameplay followed by 10 seconds of title screen. Captures were made using Mister and Retroarch. All of these new videos are also available in HD quality via Sync and FTP. Please let us know over at EmuMovies if you have any requests for videos we might have missed.

Maybe when you post these announcements you should ensure they are actually downloadable.

Same happened with XBOX.

This shouldn’t be an issue, typically the announcements are made a week or so after the content is posted to ensure there are no issues.  They are downloading just fine here, please feel free to submit a ticket over at EmuMovies and maybe we can sort out what your issue is?

Seems to be a VPN issue that i have never experienced before on any other videos using EmuMovies Sync.

Turned it off and they downloaded, though I have used a VPN for years and downlaoded all other videos ok.

What naming convention are your roms using.  I do see some drastic differences vs the redump standard. But as far as I can tell all of these vids exist.  
 

IE: all Disney games start with Disney or Disney-Pixar, and Nickelodeon in front of sponge bob games.  These almost look like the old Hyperlist naming convention.

if you click on the file listing you should see the differences.  We are right on the verge of rolling out our v3 api with database based matching which should make this way better. Also the standalone em sync app will also match quite a bit better. 
 

Auditing your roms to redump naming should give you a 100% result for coverage regardless.
