The Genesis emulator I am using in Retroarch is Genesis Plus GX.  The roms play fine for a bit and then they crash.  It happens on all the Genesis roms.  Not sure why.  I have attached the log.

Yes, all the bios are present.

All the roms will work for about 5 minutes and then Retroarch closes.   Is the Genesis Plus GX stable?  There are several cores, I'm not sure of the difference between them.

To change settings for a loaded core or game

  1. Press the menu hotkey (usually F1) to access the Quick Menu while a game is running.
  2. Go to Core Options to adjust settings specific to the loaded core. Common options include internal resolution, aspect ratio, and renderer.
  3. If you want to save these changes for the specific game, go to Quick Menu > Overrides and select Save Game Override to create a unique configuration file for that game.
  4. To save a setting for a specific core, go to Quick Menu > Overrides and select Save Core Overrides.
  5. For a specific game, you can also go to Quick Menu > Options and then scroll to Manage Core Options and select Save Game Configuration
