Is it possible to have LB auto import manually installed Windows games via game shortcuts

For example, I install a game and it creates a desktop shortcut.  I create a folder on my desktop called Windows Games.

I create a platform in LB for Windows and point the game folder in the platform settings to the Windows Games (screenshot is only for reference).

I drop the shortcut from my desktop into the folder called Windows Games. Will LB auto import the game? If not, is there any way to accomplish this using the shortcuts and auto import?

I know they can be dropped on LB, but that isn't what I'm going for.
