Not sure what ya mean here on muting videos, do you mean in the Bigbox settings? If so, change the video player to the Windows Media Player and see if that works for you. Most of my themes will work better with WMP. Sluggish? Yes, not so much your system but themes using videos as backgrounds loves resources Sorry about that. Yes, I parted ways with BMAC a couple months back as it wasn't working very well for me with it's limitations and fees. I had started moving things to a different platform that works better for me and haven't updated anything here in the forums. I was going to when I was more ready to release it to folks. I updated a portable version of LB on external HDD from 13.25.3 beta to current version, took forever to start after the download. Like 15-20 minutes. After it finished and the HHD light showed no activity, I closed LB, which closed on the screen leaving the "Welcome to Launchbox" prompt open, I checked task manage and here is what I got: Let sit and about another 10-15 minutes it all finally closed. Just reporting

Sorry to linger Mr Brian, but my beta 1 didn't notify me of the beta 2, BB is notifying me The Help>Check for Update is working and downloading correctly this time, well sorta, crawling as it downloads for some reason. Internet speeds close to 750mbs DL

Yes Sir, I had added an Update to comment, it Just hung there for like 15-20 minutes and then downloaded as normal. Never seen that one before

UPDATE, finally connected after 15-20 minutes When I opened LB and seen the beta update. I told it no, until I read what it was about. Now when I open LB, it doesn't notify me of the beta. When I go to the menu and check for update, it finds it, but just hangs and never downloads. BB tells me of the update and also just hangs LB BB

Thanks for the comment. The theme is a little heavy on the resource side using video backgrounds, couple questions That might help me: 1. Have you tried changing the video player and if so, what were the results? 2. What sound pack are you using and have you tried others. How do they do? 2. Specs of PC and are you using default paths for roms, media, etc.? 3. Size of your collection PM me, and maybe we can figure out what going on.

Has the "Time Played" data been removed since the "Game Progress" has been added. like the "Completed" was? Re-working an old theme that used it and it I can't find the data in a platform (game section) in the xml file
