Possible to hide all of the menu options at the top of Launchbox?

You know where it says Badges - Image Group - Arrange - View - Tools - License to? I believe an XML can be edited but not sure which one. 

 

I feel like I either did it before successfully or at least asked about it on here several years ago but can't remember what to do.
