Videos not playing in BigBox

By some videos I mean all gameplay recordings. 

  • Gameplay recordings work in Launchbox without issue
  • Bigbox videos appear not to load at all (they were working previously)
  • Using the latest copy of Launchbox
  • Video playback is set to FFmpeg as when it was set to Windows Media Player they wouldn't even play in launchbox (wouldn't play and would only show the first frame)

I hope there is a simple setting or something I'm overlooking, not sure what changed but they were working previously?!
