I am using the pacto tech 4000t in a four player arcade.  This arcade uses xpadder as the control interface and bigbox as the front end.   The controls work perfectly in the bigbox front end.   The four-player controls map and illuminate in Xpadder normally.

When I switch the controls from 1234 to 3124 orientation, there are strange effects.  For example, in the 1234 orientation, depressing the p2 coin button registers for both p2 and p3.  In fact, in the 1234 orientation, every coin button registers for 2 players except p4 coin.  Also, in the 3124 orientation, none of the start buttons work, except for p2.  The wiring is correct without any doubled wires.

Is there somewhere, I can adjust the inputs that will translate across all of the emulators?   Xpadder recognizes the correct inputs, but within the games while playing, some of the inputs are not being recognized.  As above, the start buttons for everyone except player 2 do not work (just in the games).

I am very familiar with launchbox and bigbox as I use it in many of my arcades.  I am reaching out because I am just blindly tweaking at this point.   I am just looking for any help to decode

I appreciate any insight or help
Thank you
