BigBox not letting me map my Xbox controller inputs

Hello, 

I'm using BIgBox but its not letting me map my Xbox controller no matter what I do in the menu. I've used this controller before and I tried my other Xbox controller. Still same issue. I have it set to use more then one controller in the menu. I've even tried deleting the xml file. Same issue. I have 3 light guns hooked up as well

 

I could really use some help. As I don't know what to do.
