Can’t manually add a game

So I’m trying to add a .exe to lunchbox. It’s a game launcher for older Call OF Duty games.

I open up manually add a game, enter the games title and target path and save and all is okay. The game opens in launch box, but when I open big box the .exe has disappeared. If I then go back into launch box the game has not been saved.

Any ideas?
