Mame update

Hi all,

So a new mame update comes along with new and updated mame, now what I always do is install the update and then add my roms folder with the new roms already updated/over written in that folder which then leads to launchbox updating all the covers and such then I delete the old mame and the roms, surely I'm doing things wrong and there's a quicker way!!

I do apologise as I'm old and have M.E. which hurts my brain a lot.
