Luddite Nube needs instructional set up

Put extremely simple, I have a 3 yr old Nvidia Sheild Pro that I would like to set up a few emulators to play 80's, 90's arcade games, and some old platform games off SNES, Game Cube, PS 1-?, you get the idea.

Anyone have an easy absolute step by step set of for me and what controllers are out there that are recomended?

How do I expand the memory because Installing a memory chip doesn't seem to work.

where do I locate the Emulators and the ROMs?
