LaunchBox Data folder has no ImageQueue.xml file to delete

Go to Manage themes and media manager and there is no way to uninstall and stop using media packs. It keeps re-downloading every time Launchbox is opened. How do I get launchbox to stop using this media packs feature?

I want bigbox to use clear logos from the images/platforms/clear logos folder. It keeps using the media pack images with no way of stopping it.
