System stuck on "i'm thinking" when trying to add devs/publishers

I'm trying to change a typo in dev name, and it keeps saying "i'm thinking" and it's been stuck on it for at least 5 minutes.

 

Still stuck 13 minutes later

Also media files do no appear in entries that already have media. When you click on media to change anything all that comes up is this
