Help with LB Theme edit

Hi!
As a big fan of media service Plex, I'm using my computer also as Plex server. Their colors are througout my entire system including background, icons etc. naturally I want the same for my Launchbox.
Plex standard font is SegoeUI and I believe it's the same for Launchbox. Here lies my first question:

Is the default theme using the SegoeUI font or the in LBThemes/fonts played Poppins and Gilroy? Is SergoeUI overwritten by the Theme font or isn't this the case? How can I fix this if so?

My second question is about changing the spinning icon of LB Menu. I like this a lot, but want to replace it with a Plex color graded version (as shown in the attachment). Can anybody point me out where to find this icon or png? I've tried to look in the LBThemes folder but can't find it anywhere, nore don't I know what to look for in the XAML files.
