TallBoyJacob Posted Monday at 11:09 AM Posted Monday at 11:09 AM I've been having a kind of infuriating experience with the cloud sync. Every time I log in and try to turn it on, it says, "Sync Status: Out of Sync, log in again." I don't know if this is just an issue on my end, or if there's something else going on, and I'm curious if I can save my information if I try to reinstall LB. I'm running LB Android 1.22 on a Retroid Pocket 5. Quote

I'm running LB Android 1.22 on a Retroid Pocket 5. Thanks for reporting this. This appears to happen after login succeeds, but the newly returned authentication token is rejected by the token-validation request. It is unlikely to be specific to the Retroid Pocket 5, and reinstalling probably will not resolve it. Please avoid clearing app data unless your LaunchBox data folder has been backed up. As a test, wait about 30 seconds after the error and choose Sync Now without signing in again, then let us know whether the status changes. Quote

After trying this in a few ways, I've just had the same result. It immediately goes to the "Out of Sync" status. Quote

Could you please go to Settings → Cloud Connection Settings, disconnect from the LaunchBox Games Database, and then sign in again using the same account? Disconnecting will not delete your local games, media, or game statistics. However, the next sync will be treated as an initial sync and may reconcile your local statistics with the cloud, so we recommend backing up your LaunchBox data folder first. Please do not clear the app’s storage or reinstall it. After signing in again, enable cloud sync and let us know whether it still immediately changes to Out of Sync. Quote

I tried saying no and waiting so turn on sync. I've tried turning sync on while signing in, turning it off and waiting to turn it back on, and it's just the same issue every time. My device has a connection to the internet the whole time too. LaunchBox Android sync issues.mp4 Quote

LaunchBox Android sync issues.mp4 Do you have the same issue on the Windows app? Or is it only happening on Android? Quote
