Fanart Background not prioritized in database banner

When adding fanart backgrounds i've noticed If 'screenshot-gameplay' exists for an entry then it's still shown in the top banner when im sure 'fanart background' used to take priority, i think this changed in one of the updates a while back. It's not a big deal but it makes the database more visually appealing and professional looking.
