Retroarch Wont Let me save control configs

Hello,

 

I am running Mupen64 through Retroarch and i go into controller settings and set my controls.

When i try to save the settings using save controller profile it says "Failed saving config".

Hoping someone can please help solve my issue.

Windows 10 PC.
