exiting from fullscreen in version 14 without closing the game is now making the cursor vanish every time, i hate it

With the latest version released there is a really, but really annoying mouse cursor bug that simply was either fixable before when it happened, and it happened way less times than this version. 


When you go on the "loading game" screen which is just before the app loads the retroarch emulator for example, there is that "disk animation" screen that when exited from fullscreen on previous version you were closing that window and having your game on pause with the emulator and the cursor and everything was working fine. 

now, i cannot close that animation window it stays consistently on the task bar not willing to close and is causing the cursor disappearing bug each and every time driving me crazy and wanting to go back to the previous version where everything was not annoying the heck out of me, what am i supposed to do ? can i rollback to the previous version without the pain ?
