Acorn Atom - Windows emulator with fixed fullscreen support.

Atomulator (kinda the only emulator for Acorn Atom) has had issues with fullscreen for years and just not being up to par with even barebones modern features of an emulator.
So today i decided to fix it (hopefully, its untested still.. so could be buggy)

Fixed fullscreen code to (hopefully) work with dynamic resolutions instead of being hard coded to 1024x768.

Fixed fullscreen aspect ratio from stretched to the correct 4:3 aspect ratio.

Fixed fullscreen side bars rendering in grey instead of black.

Doubt many would care but for the few people who would.. there you go.
