Default theme not showing media? EDIT: Issue with badges

Is it supposed to look this empty?

 (also is it not supposed to show a ll badges like for example for Duck Hunt, the gun badge?)

I fixed the stuff not showing up, I had a lot of enabled options in bigbox settings that would prevent it.

However I don't get why some badges don't show up consitently. As an example, some light gun games have the gun badge showing correctly and many others don't have it appearing in the Bigbox default theme (works in my custom Slipstream theme edited in CTC), even though they have it showing up in Launchbox (Like Duck Hunt for NES for example).
