I cannot modify one specific system in launchbox no matter what I try

I have been experiencing an unusual issue when importing games to one particular console. When I try to add games to Sony Playstation, they do not show when I navigate there. There is only one game that always shows, and when trying to open/play, it gives game cannot be found error. I have tried deleting the game in launchbox and on my sd card, but the same game keeps coming back. It never deletes. Mass importing vs individually adding a game doesn't make a difference. They never show. I've tried deleting the console and starting from scratch to no avail. I've tried for months to fix this issue without any success. No other systems are affected by this. I'm using launchbox on my Ayn Odin.
