Not sure if your question was answered but more info would help troubleshoot.

What emulator are you using? 

What format are the games in?

Do you have the proper BIOS for them?

 

Additionally if you haven't done so during the wizard install of setting up the system in LB you will need to go into your "manage platform" or "manage emulator" to ensure you have that emulator your using associated to that game/system.
