Note that these are not jewel case retail covers, but custom ones similar to my 3D set for those who prefer the portrait style. A small number of alternative covers are included.
The images are named after the LaunchBox Games Database titles.

Released
Added a new file NeoGeoCD_2D_Spines.zip for use with the LaunchBox 3D Models feature.
If you already have the NeoGeoCD_2D_Covers.zip then you only need to download the Spines.
If you're new to this then you'll need both zips.
