Hello! I have a license for Launchbox Android, but the app is not playing theme videos and it's not downloading images. For the platform theme videos, they are downloaded - I can see them in the Launchbox video folder, but they aren't playing on Launchbox. For game images, I imported SNES, and Genesis games and download media. But the media doesn't work! I can see file sizes of 0 B in my image folders, but they aren't displaying at all in Launchbox. Please help and let me know if you need more information. Thanks!
