Could I also uncheck the highlighted option? I assume that will keep the "playlist" but remove it from the "platform" list

I messed up big time. Luckly I had not gotten that far into my build that i don't mind starting over if i have to. I was trying to use the latest version with the mame playlists. I must have done something wrong because i ended up with a ton of new lists under "Platform", when I was trying to just create them under "Playlist". Is there a way to reverse this without having to go through 8 hours of re-importing all the roms?
