Probably a canned reply, but steam states that the reason for the block would have been the amount of API calls being delivered through my IP address, "Frequency of requests being made If you are using Steam APIs or making a lot of requests to Steam web servers, you'll want to temporarily stop that to see if it resolves the issue." Is there any throttling included in LaunchBox?

Hi I am checking to see if anyone else has had this issue, but Steam has blocked my DNS while I was downloading stuff through Launchbox. This hasn't happened before, and I am kind of linking maybe the download amount or something might have upset steam. I am waiting to hear back from them since I have raised a ticket with them. I wonder if anyone else has hit this issue? Or just my lucky day? Thanks.

You can now totally ignore everything I have asked Okay I noticed that the problem is that within Options the Show Videos is turned off by default.

Okay I can confirm it is downloading Videos since some are showing in the Trailer folder... it just can't get them to be seen in the application.

I had to do a reinstallation of launchBox because of drive going... ppppppppttttt pppppppptttt BLAH! However, I notice as a part of downloading Meta for the games, it isn't really downloading stuff from Steam. For example, until I set up the EMUMovies link, it wasn't downloading pictures, or videos. Now I have the EMUMovies link it is appearing to download some pictures - but videos are still not downloading. Originally, it would download them all, especially since I have it ticked as media I want to download. BTW - this is PC Am I doing something wrong, or has there been a change? Thanks, Becs
