I have been loading my roms into 13.16. When the error pops up, each time I have gone into manage emulator and under retroarch turned off the default emulator for the platform Im importing. I then inport the roms again with no error.

I reloaded LB (latest version), and started loading Roms. I did not use the retro arch plug in, I download retro arch and installed it myself. Thought everything was great. Started loading Roms 16 categories over 32K games, and then this morning bang the error popped up again.

I emailed customer support and they confirmed that this is a problem with the most recent version of LB. They are "looking into" the issue, but told me that only a small portion of users are experiencing this. If you are experiencing this email support so they know its more then just a handful of users.

This is a known issue with he new release, customer service is looking into it. Please email customer support directly so they know that this is a widespread issue and not just a few users. I am also experiencing this issue.

I have not added any new plugins or any other emulators. I am getting this error with only Retroarch installed.

Reached out to LB support, and they confirmed that some users are experiencing this issue, and are looking into it. Searching the forums show that this was a bug identified during 16 beta testing that somehow did not get fixed and was introduced into the new release. At this time, I am at a standstill rebuilding my LB system and very frustrated that this type of bug was allowed through their QA testing (given that it was identified during beta).

Since I have updated Launchbox to 13.16 (couple days ago), I have received the An error occurred while trying to import games: Object reference not set to an instance of an object when importing games into Launchbox. I have reinstalled Launchbox many times and receive this error message on random games I am trying to import. This is very frustrating.

I have had the same issue with the last 2 updates, it is very frustrating. What I did was download the new release, install it and then move the Launchbox executables to the old versions. Seems to work, but it is not as seamless as before.

I have over 100 amazon games, but when I import them only 9 are selected. Anyone else having issues with the Amazon - Import.

I have a large number of Big Fish Games, but I can not seem to get them to work in Launchbox. When I click on the exe (via file manager), the games work great, but I can not import them into Launchbox

Edit the emulator and put it in the Default Command-Line Parameters Works like a charm
