  1. Sorry, but my solution is 2 yers old now... maybe something changed! I'm actually rebuilding my arcade cabinet, and i'll finish with the steam part... If i have the answer, i'll post it!
  2. Now, if i'm looking at one rom's metadata, while LB is downloading images from emumovies, if i try to MOVE the metadata windows, the entire LB is freezing... the oinly way to continue, is to OPEN the windows task manager! This bug allways appears!
  3. I've just import my PS2 roms (+-1800), and they are perfect!!! No wrong platform images... I made the import the same way...
  4. The "Atlantis" game has 3 discs, and the others 2 are well showed, only 1 of 3 if bugged!
  5. There is my setup... Here, "Assault Rigs" has found the arcade informations only... and "Atlantis" shows me "pc" images despite it have the PSX images in metadatas... Image 1/12.... Image 2/12 !!! Image 5/12...
  6. The "scrap as" value is good, i'm a long time user of LB... It's why i'm not understand... I'm just ending the rebuiling of my entire pc, and a lot of things are going wrong...
  7. Hi, can somedy can explain to me how LB is scraping ans selecting images for a platforms? I've just redone my entire collection on my pc with 12.8 & 12.9 releases, and they are plentyfull of bugs! I've just added (twice) the Sony Playstation platform, by checking and selecting "Sony Playstation" as scraping selection. ON my 1400++ games, around 50% of them use the wrong platform images, like xbox or gameboy! When i check the images foer the title into the metadatas, it has scraped images for the playstation AND for xbox 3650! I don't have xbox 360 platform in my LB! I have to delete the wrong images and keep the good ones to correct it! Why LB is scraping wrong platform images into another? It's a huge task to correct all those bugged datas...

  9. Hi all, i have a minor issue with how Launchbox identifies rom games within IDDB! I try to rename rom filenames to be automatically recognized by LB to find the good IDDB record, but i'm facing a deadend with SNK Neo Geo MVS roms... These roms files (.zip) MUST NOT be renamed to work with RetroArch, so Launchbox do not find any record in IDDB. Is there another way to notify LB with rom name, ex: comment in zip? My goal is to have a definitive way to do it without having to correct all rom "one by one" in LB interface... I usually rename my roms, and forget about it!

  11. I refined the script to handle automatically almost everything... Unzip in a directory, and READ the readme1st.txt file BEFORE running! Enjoy! AddMameControllers.zip I can now use them with logs in a theme! I've created a full set of controllers titles images...
  12. Hi all, it's my first attempt to modify metadata in batch... My goal, is to see "on screen" for each Mame game, to know what is the best controller to use on my arcade cabinet. - This information is in Launchbox, but we can use it ONLY in playlists. - It's impossible to show it in a game screen, in a bigbox theme - Mame have a lot of errors in coding controllers in his listxml output file... So, i made VBS scripts to : - Extract all the controller types from mame output list, by the way, correct some errors, and modify these to have readable strings... - Synchronize the rom with the Launchbox game ID - Create ALL the custom field for Mame roms. Now, i see the type of controller in the Launchbox game detail pane, and i can add it to a custom theme to see it on the game screen! It'S possible to add it directly from metadata in the menu, no code, no api, no plugins... I previously readen some people who seems to want this feature... If somebody is interested, i can refine a little my VBS code and make it available...

    It's working now! I've used your script (Alt-F4), but the important thing was to remove the (run as admin) on the Ryujinx exec. I had set it next to a "elevation error" from Launchbox, and never go back! So, my LB is (run as admin) for the elevetion, and it works now! Thanks for the help! Greatly appreciated! Regards

    Yes, i tried! The script do not respond to a single message box! I use the process close like Launchbox make it for 4do emulator. It works great for all my other emulators that need it! I checked the processes, autokey is in memory and runs, but seems not to capture keys before Ryujinx! (Yes, i run as admin for all emulators)

    I hit the ESC key, liked all other emulators... I also tried all autokey codes found in different threads, with alt-f4, winwait on title... I made a simple script with a message box, and nothing happened! Regards
